Most of our items are bulky and are shipped via “Common Freight Carriers” IE: (Roadway, Yellow Freight). We use Common Carriers when the size and/or weight of the product is too large to ship via small package carriers (UPS, FedEx). The address must be accessible by a tractor-trailer. Remote locations or inaccessible locations may add to the freight charge.

After the product leaves our terminal we will email you tracking information for the carrier. The freight carrier will then work directly with you to arrange a delivery date and time. The local freight driver should call you to arrange an appointment within 24 hours of delivery.

Curbside delivery includes the delivery of your purchase to the requested delivery address and the driver helping you with the removal of your packages from the delivery truck."Curbside delivery" does not include delivery inside your house, apartment, or office, nor does it include any unpacking, set-up, or installation of the product.

Additional Services
If additional services such as in-home delivery, are require these may be available for an additional charge. Most freight carriers offer special service options (such as transporting items from the truck into your house, apartment, or office), which you may arrange directly with the freight carrier company for a FEE. These typically involve additional charges payable directly to the freight carrier upon delivery. Do not request these services at the time of delivery and assume we will cover them for you. If we receive a bill for additional charges that you request from the carrier at the time of delivery we will charge the card on file.

Do I need help to move the product into my home?
If you are ordering a large or heavy item, please keep in mind that you may need one or more people to move the item from the delivery truck into your home.

Freight drivers are expected to notify you of delivery day, time, and service options, so that you can make the appropriate arrangements if moving your item inside is necessary.

Cancellations and Returns.
Orders cannot be canceled after they have shipped. If you refuse a freight carrier delivery, you will be charged delivery to and from the shipping address. Please review our return policy for complete details. EXCEPTIONS: You will not be charge for refusing shipment that arrives DAMAGED.

What if I'm not home at the scheduled delivery time?
Freight drivers are expected to provide reasonable advance notice of a delivery day and time. If you are absent for a scheduled delivery and your absence results in an inability to deliver, a second delivery fee may apply.

Inspect the packages when the carrier is present.
You must inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the BILL OF LADING when they ask you to sign. This insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem. If you DO NOT note damages at the time of delivery the freight carrier will not honor any damage claims and there may be additional freight charges to replace a damaged item.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOXES OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED THAT PRODUCT IS IN GOOD CONDITION. If your product was shipped to you by freight carrier please inspect the product for visible damage before the carrier leaves. Please make any notations on the Bill of Lading (delivery receipt).

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition in its original packaging. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt and inspection of the product. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. If you return a product that has free shipping our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit.

Custom Orders: There are NO RETURNS or Refunds on custom manufactured products.
