Privacy Policy

We at BostonTables have respect for our client's privacy. Every customers account information is kept in confidence. Our  policy insures that we will not sell, distribute, or otherwise publish your personal information to any third party.

We have the appropriate physical and electronic procedures put in place to make sure all the information we collect is safe.  These procedures prevent unauthorized access and keeps all of our data accurate.

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order.

How We Use The Information We Collect

-- We do not share this information with outside parties except what is necessary to complete the order transaction. We use the information you provide only to ship the product and for payment purposes.
-- We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
-- We do not sell our customer's information.
-- We do not send out junk mails to our customers.
-- We may on occasion send you an email on new products at our store. If you do not wish to receive these emails just let us know.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is included on all products on our website. It is free to you, but not free for us. In the event you receive your merchandise and you do not like it you will be responsible for the freight fees we pay to ship it to you and ship it back to us.

In the event you place an order and then decide to cancel it you will be responsible for our freight fees if the item has all ready shipped.

Refund/Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied you can return the item in the original packaging to one of our many locations for complete refund for the 1st 30 days. Orders cancelled prior to shipping will be issued a full refund. Refunds will not be issued until the item is received at the warehouse. Freight fees are not refundable. See Shipping Policy Above

If you receive an item and it is damaged when you open up the box contact us as soon as possible. We will replace any damaged piece from shipping free of charge. If you can tell it is damaged before the shipping company leaves your home you can refuse the shipment and it will be returned to us and we will ship you out a new piece.

All returns must be in the original packaging so it can be resold.

Updating The Policy

To bring new services and ideas to our customers it may be necessary to amend our Privacy Policy. If this occurs, we will post the new policy on our Web site. Once posted, the new policy will go into effect immediately, replacing any previously stated policy.
