Q: what material is the table top? solid wood or particle board/compressed?
can the table top withstand decoloring and warping from hot plates?
is the table expandable (does it have center leaf?)

A: The is a wood veneer over MDF. I would not recommend putting Hot pan directly on the surface. The table has a leaf. It is 42x82 with the leaf in.
Q: WHY can't I get specs on this item.? Nothing is coming up.

A: The Bardstown table is 42W x82L x30" High.
Chairs are 19" x 21.5" x 40" High
